Provided are a mother ceramic substrate which can be divided such that when the mother ceramic substrate is divided into individual substrates (ceramic substrates), divided end surfaces become perpendicular to the principal surfaces of the individual substrates to thereby make it possible to obtain the ceramic substrates with high form accuracy, individual ceramic substrates obtained from the mother ceramic substrate, a module component provided with the ceramic substrate, and a manufacturing method for the mother ceramic substrate. In a mother ceramic substrate (1) configured to be dividable into a plurality of individual substrates by being divided at a predetermined position, a division groove (3) that defines a division position is formed in a one-side principal surface (2a), and a protrusion (4) is formed at a position of an other-side principal surface (2b), which corresponds to the position at which the division groove (3) of the one-side principal surface (2a) is formed when the mother ceramic substrate (1) is viewed from the thickness direction thereof. An inner conductor is disposed in such a manner that each of the individual substrates (ceramic substrates) (31) obtained after the division has a configuration provided with the inner conductor.Centro de Documentación
