RESUMEN:
The invention discloses a ceramic tile binder prepared from domestic ceramic residues used as aggregate. The prepared ceramic tile binder is uniformly applied to ceramic tiles, the thickness of the binder is controlled to be 3-4 mm, and then bonded samples are cured indoors for 28 days. Through scientific and reasonable component proportion, domestic ceramic residues and quartz sand are uniformly coated with water-reduced Portland cement, and the ceramic tile binder with significantly improved pull strength can be obtained in combination with addition of redispersible latex powder. The ceramic tile binder has high strength, good economic benefit and good construction performance.
