RESUMEN:

A glaze and tile for high-temperature gold-colored glazed tile, and a manufacturing method thereof. The glaze comprises a surface glaze and a gold-colored printing glaze. The surface glaze is prepared by using 50-60 parts of frit a, 5-11 parts of a zirconium silicate, 20-30 parts of a kaolinite, 5-11 parts of a feldspar powder, 2-6 parts of a calcined talc, 3-9 parts of an aluminum oxide powder, 0.08-0.12 parts of a carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.3-0.7 parts of a sodium triphosphate, and 37-45 parts of water. The gold-colored printing glaze is prepared by using 12-30 parts of frit b, 5-15 parts of frit c, 8-14 parts of frit d, 50-60 parts of frit e, 2-6 parts of a kaolinite, 80-160 parts of a ceramic adhesive roller printing oil, 14-18 parts of a praseodymium yellow pigment, and 3-7 parts of a zirconium iron red pigment. The surface glaze and the gold-colored printing glaze are applied to a surface-glazed green body of a tile provided with a base glaze. The green body then undergoes a glaze firing step at a temperature of 1,100-1,130°C followed by edge grinding and processing to obtain a high-temperature gold-colored surface-glazed tile product.
