A preparation method for a colour ceramic and a colour ceramic prepared by the method. The colour ceramic product is prepared by the preparation method through slurry making, clay making, glaze making, moulding, glazing, drying and firing processes, wherein a colour powder and a clay material are mixed and made into a colour clay, i.e. a blank, and the surface of the blank is coated with a layer of clear glaze.
