Products, particularly pastes and molded parts, which are provided with fire-resistant properties when used appropriately, are used especially in devices for accommodating, treating, and/or transferring melts such as steel melts (iron melts), nonferrous melts (e.g. copper melts), glass melts, or rock melts, said melts usually having temperatures ranging from 1000 DEG C to 2000 DEG C. The ladle analysis is specifically modified by discharging at least one substance in a metered manner from the refractory product.
