RESUMEN:
The invention discloses an age trace-imitating soft porcelain tile formula, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 14 percent of water; 0.3 to 0.7 percent of cellulose; 7 to 9 percent of industrial latex; 9 to 11.3 percent of wollastonite; 18 to 22 percent of mineral powder; and 43 to 55.7 percent of quartz sand. In addition, the invention provides a technique for the age trace-imitating soft porcelain tile, which includes the following steps: mixing: the various materials are mixed together, an appropriate amount of pigment is added into the mixture, moreover, stirring is carried out by a mixer, and thereby slurry is formed; moulding: a slurry pump is first utilized to sprinkle a layer of slurry into a mould, a glass fiber net is then laid on the surface of the slurry, and the slurry pump is then utilized to sprinkle another layer of slurry on the glass fiber net, so that the glass fiber net is buried by the slurry; heating: the mould loaded with the slurry is then put into an oven, the temperature in the oven is set at 90 DEG C to 100 DEG C, and heating is then carried out for 4 to 5 hours; and demoulding: the soft porcelain tile in the mould is taken out.
